Craig Snyder is CEO of Ikon Global Consulting, a 25 year old Washington DC-based government relations and political consulting firm. He was previously Chief of Staff to United States Senator Arlen Specter (R – PA) while Senator Specter chaired the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services. In this capacity, Snyder staffed the subcommittee’s work on funding the NIH, CDC and all other components of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Through this work, he became acquainted with advocates for American families facing autism, and upon his retirement from government, Snyder‘s first private sector client was the Los Angeles based organization, Cure Autism Now. He has continued advocacy related to autism throughout these last 25 years, including service on the Board of Directors of Autism Speaks and work on behalf of the Autism Policy Reform Coalition. He currently represents the Autism Science Foundation.
